Cancelation Policy

Thanks to you A New You Skin Spa is a busy place! In an attempt to honor all requested appointments, we maintain a 24 Hour cancelation Policy.  You must cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your appointment.  This time frame allows us to contact clients on the waiting list in a timely manner. Late cancelations or No Shows will result in full payment due for missed appointments.  Prepaid services will not be refunded.  Thank you for your understanding.  Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms and means that you comply with our policy. Online booking is available for your convenience.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We gladly accept credit cards and cash.  We do not accept personal checks. 

Scheduling an Appointment

We are a By Appointment Only spa.  We do not have a receptionist and our doors remained locked while in session.  We ask that you please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time so the doors will be unlocked for you to enter.  There are multiple ways to make appointments, we offer online booking with Schedulicity, you may also text or call our main number.  Please leave a message and we will get back to you right away if we can not answer.  We highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment before you leave.  


You will find ample parking located directly in front of the building.

Please call ahead to arrange for a product pickup or purchase.

Cell Phone Policy

Please silence your cell phones during your treatment.  Consider this truly private and stress free time so that you can temporarily disconnect and rejuvenate. Calls taken during your treatment time may reduce or interfere with your optimal treatment outcomes.  

Minor Treatment Policy

Minor and teens with scheduled appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their entire treatment.  

Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our customers and will not release any customer information to third parties.  We never trade, sell or rent/share addresses or any other personal information with anyone!  Information received is used solely for the purpose of communication between you and I or used to process your payments.  If you choose not to receive emails any longer simply contact us and we will remove you from our list.
